North Dakota Indigenous people mobilize and fight for their right to vote

It is common practice at Thunder Valley CDC to vet all decisions through a triple bottom line -- people, planet, and prosperity.

From the Bakken Oil fields and the plains of Standing Rock, down to the swamps and bayous of Louisiana, Indigenous people are still fighting the pipeline every step of the way.

When you see a group as subhuman, it’s easier to harm them. It’s easier to cast them off to the margins of society, to be colonized, brutalized, and silenced. This is the Indigenous experience.
